3. CUSTOM TAILORING

For custom orders:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements
  • We are not liable for fit issues due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
  • Minor variations (1–2 cm) are considered normal in tailoring

We may provide guidance, but final measurements are the customer’s responsibility.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping:

  • All duties and taxes are included in your order
  • No additional charges will be collected at delivery

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of custom tailoring:

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Exchanges may be considered only in case of manufacturing defects
