At THE BOSS LADY CLOSET, every piece is crafted with care and precision. Since most of our garments are custom-made, our return policy is slightly different from regular fashion brands — but we’re here to support you at every step.
✨ CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS
All custom-tailored pieces are made specifically for you.
👉 Because of this:
- Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Orders cannot be canceled once tailoring has started
- Minor fit variations (1–2 cm) are normal in tailoring
💬 NEED HELP WITH FIT?
We want you to love your outfit.
If your garment needs small adjustments:
- We’ll guide you for easy local alterations
- Our team is available to assist you with fit support
👉 Please note: alteration costs are not covered unless agreed in advance.
⚠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
If approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement
- Or provide a suitable resolution
👗 STANDARD SIZE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
For non-custom (standard size) products:
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within [X days] of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping charges may apply.
❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom-tailored garments
- Worn, used, or altered items
- Items without original condition
⏳ ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once production begins, cancellation is not possible
💳 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are only issued in specific cases:
- Order canceled within allowed time
- Approved defective product
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
ℹ️ PLEASE NOTE
- Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings
- Fabric texture and finish may vary slightly due to craftsmanship
These are not considered defects.
